In the Diocese of Fargo, children recieve their first communion and confirmation in the third grade.

In order for a child to be confirmed in the Diocese of Fargo, the child must:

• Be in at least 3rd Grade
• Have already been baptized and made their first confession
• Be registered for an attend the parish CCD classes on Wednesday nights
• Choose a confirmation sponsor and patron saint
• Attend and participate in an afternoon retreat at the church (date will be published on this page, as well as in the parish bulletin)
• Participate in an interview with Fr. Riley or Mallory Keller (this will take place at the retreat)

• Attend the sacramental preparation parent sessions on Wednesday nights (Dates will be published on this page, as well as in the parish bulletin)
• Emphasize the importance of these sacraments in the home, and help their child choose an appropriate confirmation sponsor and patron saint.
• Submit their child's proof of baptism (if baptized somewhere besides Sts. Aloysius and Vincent).
