OCIA stands for the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults. It is a nine month process for those who are considering becoming Catholic. It involves weekly personalized classes about the Catholic faith and traditions, culminating at the Easter Vigil when the candidate receives the sacrament of Confirmation and is received into the Catholic Church.
OCIA is a low pressure environment for those who feel as though the Lord has placed on their heart to consider the Catholic Church. To inquire, please email Fr. Riley.
